    • The OPTISPEC ME8800 series of video microscopes are convenient instruments to speed up the inspection of connectors while in the polishing fixture. Designed, engineered, and manufactured by Micro Enterprises, our choice of high quality optics, video camera, and monitors provide the best quality image. Long working distance lenses offer inspection without the risk of damage to fibers.

    The low profile stage provides an ease of operation with all controls conveniently located on one side for full adjustability. Our new stage design and custom fixture inserts accommodate all of the standard connectors including the entire MT series of multi-fiber connectors and arrays. Fixture inserts are available for a wide range of fiber optic polishers including US Conec, Domaille, and Seikoh Giken. Please contact Micro Enterprises for any questions about compatibility. With this model's ease of operation, inspecting connections while in the polishing fixture will drastically reduce inspection time.
