The OPTISPEC ME2700 series of video microscopes are efficient instruments for the large and small fiber optic cable assembly companies. This microscope is used to view the pedestal diameter of the LC Connector. The instrument is equiped with a Go/No Go scale to gauge the diameter between .8mm and 1mm diameter. The scale is designed with a crosshair to align the fiber and two precise circles calibrated to the correct diameters.
